DMCA & Copyright Policy

RavRic Solutions LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We respond to valid takedown notices for content on VenturePath (https://pathfinder.ravricsolutions.com) — including member blog posts and other user-submitted content — and, in appropriate cases, remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send our Designated Agent a written notice that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The URL or specific location of the material on VenturePath so we can find it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that it was removed in error, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for your district (or the District of Maryland if you are outside the U.S.). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages.
